Delivery
Our aim is to get your order to you as safely and quickly as possible and we use selected couriers to track and trace your delivery.

Delivery within Ireland is €6.00 with An Post.

Returns

• Our returns policy lasts 14 days.
• Please return your item(s) with receipt/ packing slip and we will process your refund (less delivery charge).
• If 14 days has elapsed since your purchase ,unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return your item must be unused with tags attached and in the same condition as you received it
  It must be in the original packaging.

Terms and Conditions

• Item(s) must be returned and received within 14 days of purchase.
• Item(s) must be in original condition , no tags removed and no odours  on the item(perfume, smoke, deodorant, washing detergent etc)
• Please state reason for return
• If you request an exchange please clearly state this and we shall contact you to pay for P+P of replacement item.
• The responsibility of the goods is with the customer until we receive it back .
• We Do not cover the cost of returning the goods.
• Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
• We will issue a refund within 2 days of receiving the return .
• Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed by the bank.
• Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company,
• It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.
  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
